Yes, if you don't have a website yet or own a domain that you can access, we can create one on our myboothbook.com domain.
Register at boothbook.co.uk/get-started, and enter a subdomain that includes your business name in the blue web bar to be formatted as your business.myboothbooking.com. We'll then get you set up and send you login details and instructions - Sign up now!
You can import your existing bookings into your BoothBook Lead Centre via a CSV file. This will import all important booking data ie. Customer details, Event Type, Event Date, and you can then add the additional unit information for that booking ie. Booked Unit, Timings, Event Location etc, once you've converted the lead contact into a booking. You’ll also be able to manually add or move bookings from your previous CRM or booking software.

Yes! We have a wide range of businesses and companies using BoothBook to manage their bookings and staff. Although BoothBook has been designed with Photo Booth Businesses in mind, your clients will never know that. If your business offers both Photo Booths and DJ bookings, you can offer these on your BoothBook and separate these by services. Find out more about how to set up for different services
You can choose for your customers to pay via Stripe, Square, PayPal, Authorize.net, PayFast (South Africa only), or Molle (EU only) - learn more about Payment Methods. In addition to this, some payment gateways have the ability to use the Authorize.net framework as an emulator (eg. Cardknox, BluePay and Paytrace). This means they essentially "piggy back" the Authorize.net payment gateway and use it for their own card processing. Find out from your current payment gateway if they have the ability to use Authorize.net as an emulator.
BoothGallery is BoothBook's sister service, it's a free online gallery hosting service, allowing quick uploads, password protected, brand-able microsites and more.
